UX/UI Design for exhibition

IDA Gold in Multimedia / Mobile / Web Application Design

STEP is an interactive exhibition at Fastweb Headquarters in Milan. While visitors move through the space, the App acts as their guide, encouraging interaction with props and revealing new discoveries.

As the only UX Designer collaborating with Limiteazero studio, I guided the process from researching visitor flow to delivering the final UI, and continued refining the experience to ensure smooth interactions for visitors.

CONCLUSION

An exhibition is never finished…

Designing an app for closed exhibition system might look simple, but crafting smooth interactions that fit the story and space demands both strong art direction and UX skills.

Motion design was crucial in shaping the final experience, especially since interactions often flowed from the phone to the physical exhibits.
